I'm always looking for my next favorite Dim Sum place and I think this is the one!  Dim sum is like Disneyland for me, I want to ride everything is such a short amount of time!

When seated I was surprised how big the restaurant was, as soon as we were seated I wakes past all the carts of Dim Sum goodness and couldn't wait to start ordering.

My go tos for any dim sum restaurant are usually the Shu Mai, and har gow steamed dumplings along the the baked BBQ pork bun.  These 3 items were really good!  The thing that set this place apart from all the others were the amount of carts going around and the service, during Dim Sum time, the amount of carts and variety are always a plus but so is the service as far as taking plates away, keeping teapot refilled etc.

This place was crowded but the carts and service did not fall short.  The dim sum and variety was some of the best I've had in Vegas and I think I have  now found my new favorite Dim Sum place.

I'm a fan of the peking duck.  We were here for our friend's birthday dinner and we occupied two tables.  The food was overall good, we had the banquet style food (10 courses shared).  I like the fact that when it was time to sing Happy Birthday, the restaurant put up a very lengthy video so that everyone in the restaurant knows that it was time to celebrate!

I wish that every time the staff came out with the dish, they would explain what is the dish.  We had to play guessing most of the time.

Dim sum brunch on Sundays is one of my favorite things. I gathered a group of my favorite gals and scheduled a meal here, and things went pretty well. Going with a group is key to share several dishes. There are carts that go around as well as a full menu to order from- note that the majority of the seafood and all of the bbq items are on the separate menu.

Location is fairly nice, several large tables in the back room for groups. They were very busy when we went (1pm Sunday), I do recommend making a reservation. Everything we tried here was fairly well done, but it seemed there were some key dim sum dishes that never came around, like salt and pepper shrimp, BBQ buns, and the shrimp-chive dumplings. Eventually we found most of them on the menu, and they can be specially ordered. Unclear whether they have soup dumplings. Service during our visit was typical for dim sum- haphazard at best, drinks filled on request only, maybe this is worse in the back room.

Standout dishes here were the egg tarts (amazing crust, so buttery and flaky!), seafood pan fried noodle (family size portion), crispy pork belly (great sauce too), and the shumai (bf's new fave). We all left stuffed and split the bill at about $25/pp, which is about on par with other places in town. I would come back for dinner to try their duck and seafood dishes- however, an observant friend did note that their seafood prices are on the steep side.

This is the best dim sum place in Las Vegas.  New Asian BBQ is comparatively new compared to other dim sum restaurants in town.   They started serving dim sum since end of 2018, and I think they are doing pretty good.

Food was delicious! They had plenty of selections of dim sum, from the traditional ones such as shrimp dumplings, shumais and steamed BBQ pork buns, to the new creation such as the durian pastry rolls (if you can tolerate the smell, the taste is divine!)  I love their Chinese BBQ too.  BBQ pork ribs and cha siu were my fav.  They were not overly sweet or salty.  We always ordered the duo combo which you could choose two items from the BBQs.   Oh man! There were so many choices and it was dangerous for my diet!

We had dinner there couple times, the food was very decent.  The dishes were authentic.  I love their seafood, they were very fresh, never over cooked, with just enough sauce so the real flavor was not covered.  Overall the seafood there was a little pricey but it was worth it.

The main dinner room was new and bright.  However their additional dinner room was quite old and dim, with the low ceiling and uneven floor, it was quite a disaster.   So go early, or make RSVP, avoid  that dinning room!

This is one of my favorite place to go when you want to have a family style dinner. They offered a variety of bbq options, fresh seafood, and a variety of dishes you can order and enjoy with a group of friends or family to share. There is plenty of parking and open until midnight everyday. It has a lot of seating that can accommodate large group and there is never any long wait every time we come here.

We ordered the 2 combo bbq plate with roasted pork and bbq pork, hot and sour soup, mapo tofu, and bo luc lac. The roasted pork is one of our favorite here. The pork meat is tender and complemented well with the crispy pork skin. The bbq pork is flavorful with a bit of sweetness from the honey and spices roasted to perfection. The hot and sour soup is a hit among my friends but I didn't care too much for it. They make one of the best mapo tofu here. The tofu is cooked in a spicy, slightly oily sauce with minced pork. It goes great with jasmine rice. The bo luc lac is a French inspired Vietnamese beef cuisine cut into small cubes and sautéed in various vegetables. The meat is always very tender and has a lot of flavors.

This place give you a free dessert at the end of your meal! Each person got a small bowl of Che khoai mon. It is a taro Coconut tapioca pudding served warm. It is a sweet dessert that can be serve hot or cold.

Overall, I recommend coming here if you have a group so you can order different dishes to share. They have many options for those wanting bbq and/or seafood. The service is always great and the food is always consistently good. I have not been here for dim sum so this review is solely based on their entree dishes.
